For the purpose of this Cancellation & Refund Policy, the term “we”, “us”, “our” shall mean AROGYA NEER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, whose registered/operational office is Plot No. 840, Vill Kharar, PO Mohati, PS Khejuri, Dist. Purba Medinipur, West Bengal – 721430, India.
The term “you”, “your”, “customer”, “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who purchases or avails our services via our website www.arogyaneer.com.
1. Cancellations
- Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within the same day of placing the order/booking.
- If the service/product has already been processed, confirmed with hospital/partner/vendor, or is in preparation/shipping stage, the cancellation request may not be entertained.
- Certain categories such as medical consultations, diagnostic tests, ambulance bookings, and perishable items (eatables/medicines) are non-cancellable once confirmed.
2. Refunds
- Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- The service/product delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The booking/service could not be fulfilled due to unavailability or operational reasons.
- A valid cancellation was made as per the policy above.
- Once a refund is approved, we will process it to the original source of payment within 3–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).
- Refunds for transactions involving third-party warranties or manufacturer guarantees must be claimed directly from them.
3. Exceptions (No Cancellation/Refund)
- Services already availed (doctor consultation, diagnostic test, ambulance trip, etc.).
- Medicines and healthcare consumables once delivered, unless found damaged/expired on delivery.
- Customized or specially arranged products/services.

5. Disclaimer
The decision of AROGYA NEER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED regarding cancellations and refunds shall be final and binding. Razorpay shall not be liable for this policy, and shall not be responsible for any claims or disputes arising due to merchant’s non-adherence.
